Through the use of advanced materials our B6+ package exceeds a traditional B6 armoring package and defeats some additional
uncertified rounds from the AK‐47, M‐16, and the .308 (7.62 x51 NATO) sniper rifle, offering superior protection against the most
common terrorist threats throughout the world.

Transparent Armor: European B6
Windows – Curved Glass/Polycarbonate – 39mm, Flat bulkhead Glass/Polycarbonate – 40mmPremium, lightweight glass‐clad polycarbonate offering true, multi‐hit protection (weighs approximately 10‐15% less than traditional
armored glass).  All glass includes a premium interior hard‐spall layer to prevent fragments/shards from penetrating the passenger compartment in the event of an attack. All glass is seamed, edged and finished using a proprietary quality process that provides unprecedented UV and delamination resistance. All glass features excellent ballistic protection and superior optical quality with minimal distortion.
 

Opaque Armor: European B6
Side Doors , All Pillars, Posts and Panels ‐ High Hardened Ballistic Steel – 1/4”Armor installed using a proprietary process underneath the interior vehicle skin to provide an OEM interior and superior protection
coverage. All original pillars, posts, and panels snap back into place with minor trim work—this helps the vehicle keep the factory
appearance as closely as possible on the interior and exterior and helps our clients to keep a high security at all times.

Major engine components protected and a bulletproof gel‐cell battery is installed offering improved performance and increased
cranking amps. The highest grade ballistic steel is used throughout the vehicle.

passenger compartment, without cutting corners.

Other Additional Equipment/Services Included:
Tires –  Four (4) premium runflat tire, high‐load‐indexed tires
Premium grade tires with a custom load‐index are used to help support the additional weight of the armor. Additionally, 
Runflats offer ballistic resistance and allow the vehicle to travel between 25‐50 miles depending on travel speed and road conditions. Only the highest grade runflats are used  allowing occupants time to escape the “kill zone.”
 

Shocks and springs are upgraded and reinforced if necessary
Braking System is upgraded and reinforced if necessary
Armored Cars Canada upgrades the suspension and braking systems if necessary to improve performance and account for the extra weight added
during the armoring process. Shocks, springs, sway bars, brake pads, rotors, etc. are all might be upgraded if necessary to help improve
handling and performance.
